Terms and Conditions Topled.nl
The customer has the right and obligations as stated in the 'wet kopen op afstand'; article 46, book 7 of the Dutch 'burgerlijk wetboek'.
The Terms and Conditions of Topled.nl are based hereon.
Ordering via e-mail, per telephone, verbal of by using the webshop is only possible for individuals and companies residing within the European Union.
An order may be denied by Topled.nl
We take care of keeping our databases up to date. However, if the prices stated on the website and in the cart contain errors, you will be notified.
It is then op to the customer to decide whether or not he or she agrees the higher or lower price.
You are not obliged to pay if the price(s) turn(s) out to be wrong.
A customer is allowed to cancel his or her order within 14 days.
When the payment for the order has not been done within 14 days, the order expires.
You may return the orderd products. This, however, needs to take place within 30 days, and you can only return unused and unharmed articles.
The buyer needs to leave his personal data in the return shipment, so Topled.nl knows whose the buyed articles are.
You will recieve your money back, except for the payment of the return shipment.
The shipment costs for the shipping to Topled.nlhave to be paid by the customer. Returning overstock products is not possible.
The payment needs to be done in advance of the shipment.
Amounts of money which arrive at Topled.nl's bank account which can not be linked to an order, will be deposited at the bank account from which the payment was recieved.
Individuals or companies who recieved permission from Topled.nl to pay afterwards, need to fulfil the payment within 14 days.
Reasonobility is a key issue for Topled.nl
We will always try to think along with you and come up with reasonable solutions if, despite our good care, something is not meeting wishes.
The customer declares, by agreeing with the Terms and Conditions, that his or her claims and/or complaints will be filed in a reasonable and proper manner.
